Public works professionals from Central Ohio counties, municipalities, townships, and ODOT district operations are invited to participate in an exciting day of friendly competition, professional development, and camaraderie. Each agency is to bring one operator to compete in the driving competition, along with as many coworkers and supporters as you’d like to cheer them on throughout the day. Competitors should bring their own single-axle dump truck equipped with a snowplow. Please note that the competition is limited to single-axle dump trucks.
Awards will be presented to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers. All attendees will receive a complimentary boxed lunch, followed by a lunch & learn featuring a 3-hour Snow and Ice Circuit Rider training class led by Gary Browning. In addition, leading snow and ice equipment vendors will be on site to showcase products, demonstrate equipment, and answer questions about the latest technologies and best practices. Whether you’re competing, learning, or simply connecting with fellow public works professionals, this event offers a great opportunity to build relationships, share knowledge, and kick off the winter season together. We look forward to seeing you there!
