The Tennessee Chapter of APWA sponsors the Tennessee Public Works Institute – hosting up to four four-day classes each year. Currently TPWI offers five schools, four of which are facilitated each year depending on surveyed interests of the membership.

May 12-15, 2026: Maintenance Technologies for Public Works
July 7-10, 2026: Basic Supervision for Public Works
November 3-6, 2026: Public Works Leadership and Administration
